The Kentucky Coffee tree is native to Middlesex county but is now a threatened species. This tree is a great shade tree, growing up to 80 feet tall. It will grow best in full sun with moist and rich soil. It is often found naturally in floodplains, so if you have a damp area on your property this could be a great option!
